Wijn: Jean-Louis Chave - Hermitage 1989×Wis filters
Veel warmere neus en veel ronder, complexer, maar tegelijk ook zeer zuiver en weer onmiskenbaar Chave (beetje animaal, beetje vlezig, complex mineraal). Mond heeft een super focus, is heerlijk vol en lang, een echte topfles.
Beautiful cherry colour. Lovely nose of cigar box end sweet, evolved fruit, very complex. Keeps growing in the glass. The taste is very nice indeed, but a step back from the previous two wines. Beautiful wine, but it would have had an easier job preceding the 2 1990s instead of following them.
Rozentoets in de neus, licht exotisch, wit fruit, mooi. De mond is net iets te mager in zijn attaque, wel redelijke spanning en lengte.
