Niet makkelijk. Flink wat sherry toetsen, maar de neus is voor de rest niet heel overtuigend. Mond is mooi, maar ook flink sherry. Goede lengte.

Domaine Paul Jaboulet Ainé Hermitage Chevalier de Sterimberg 1992 versus
Domaine M. Chapoutier Hermitage Chante Alouette 1992: well, the Jaboulet was the clear winner here. Very well developed oxidised-type white Hermitage, nice honey and floral notes, great structure and body. The Chapoutier was not showing well, clearly over the hill, which was a bit of a surprise to me, but this being my last bottle I don't care that much.

Domaine M. Chapoutier Hermitage Chante Alouette 1992: well, the Jaboulet was the clear winner here.
