Flinke torrefaction in de aroma's, zoetige toets, rijp rood fruit, "vin de pute" zei Thomas en hij heeft gelijk, eiktoets, zwoel. De mond heeft diezelfde zwoelige attaque, wel redelijke expansie, goede lengte en afdronk. Niet voor Bourgogne puristen.
