Wijn: Domaine de Baumard - Quarts de Chaume 1990×Wis filters
Beautiful yellow-golden colour, but not as intense as the Carbonifera. The nose is fairly difficult, nice almond but not a lot of fruit, rather bizarre. A nice touch of lime (lindentree) however. The taste is magnificent however, very complex, and completely different from what the nose was indicating. Perfectly balanced, beautiful wine.
